High for geometry: the case was checked against the real vendor STEP (not just an envelope) - zero interference at the nominal position and at every in-pocket extreme (X -0.4/+0.35, Y +/-0.4), USB overmold probe, card pull-out, hook gaps, and tilted insertion up to 10 deg all pass (verify.py). Not yet printed: FDM shrink on the 0.4/side pocket, the 0.2 hook gap and the 13.6 mm lid posts are the things to check on the first print. Mic/buttons intentionally not exposed.
