Wi-Fi on the same box is normal (10 ms) and another wired host sees the same gateway at 0.5 ms. dmesg: 'r8169 0000:08:00.0 eno1: NETDEV WATCHDOG: CPU: 12: transmit queue 0 timed out 5257 ms'; /sys/class/net/eno1/queues/tx-0/tx_timeout = 2; nstat shows ~63k TcpRetransSegs in 5 days. Under Realtek's r8125 driver ethtool -S shows rx_mac_missed climbing at idle and ~1M tx_pause_on in minutes: the chip's RX FIFO is not draining to host memory.",
